NeoBlazar®Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Repair System

NeoBlazar® is a domestically developed transcatheter tricuspid valve edge-to-edge repair (T-TEER) system approved for market in July 2026, providing a new minimally invasive interventional treatment option for surgical high-risk patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation, filling the gap in the field of domestic tricuspid valve interventional repair devices.

To address the clinical challenges of complex tricuspid valve anatomy, wide leaflets, and diverse regurgitation pathologies, the product features an original linear transvalvular delivery structure, equipped with an elastic self-locking nitinol clip body and a dual-layer, dual-row quadrangular pyramid barb design. The clip provides secure yet flexible and controllable grasping, adapting to leaflets of varying morphologies while significantly reducing intraoperative risks such as leaflet tearing and chordae tendineae entanglement. The delivery system offers excellent independent steering performance with flexible adjustment, enabling precise positioning and deployment within the confined right atrium. It also supports single-sheath dual-valve procedures, compatible with mitral valve clips for one-stop dual-valve repair, expanding clinical surgical options.
